We understand that unexpected events or emergencies may occur and Virtuouz Customs is more than willing to accommodate our clients when needed.
Pricing
Prices will vary by year/make/model along with the color and finish of the material. All prices are subject to change - including any estimates that are given. Estimates can be honored in price within a 72 hour period and must have a written quote by Virtuouz Customs.
Deposits
A deposit is required to schedule an appointment and no appointment will be honored without a deposit. The deposit will vary on the services provided to you. Some deposits are non-refundable or are subject to a partial refund only. All penalties and fees will be deducted from your deposit along with any material/parts that have been ordered plus any restocking fees that apply.
Cancellations / No Show
Appointments can be rescheduled once with at least a 2 week notice. Restocking fees and/or any tangible items that were ordered for your appointment will be applied and deducted from your deposit if an appointment is cancelled or a no show. Penalties and fees will be applied when you cancel an appointment or are a no show without proper notice.
Warranty
Virtuouz Customs offers a 1 Year Limited Warranty on wraps with OEM factory paint unless otherwise stated on your invoice. Please review our Terms and Conditions provided to you at the time of service. Warranty will vary on the condition that the vehicle is in. Refer to your invoice for warranties on any other services we offer. The warranty for material such as vinyl and PPF will come from the manufacture directly.
